hi guys just wondering how old you have to be to retire iv'e seen some coaches that are 80 years old and still kicking it up in football has any of you's as managers hit the 80 mark?

When a human manager reaches 100 years old he/she no longer ages, stays 100 forever. You never have to retire, you can go on for thousands of years with same manager profile if you so wish.

that cant be right 100 years old and still carry on im surprise si didn't give us an option to rename yourself after a certain age for example Jrn or a different forename but you have to keep the surname
