Here's the deal guys, I'm managing City, and I'm employing the tactic "4-4-2" but playing Silva as an AMR. Problem is this has been giving me some trouble because it leaves the right flank too exposed and prone to defensive errors.
(Usually it leaves only de Jong and Van der Wiel covering the right flank)
My question is if training Silva to be a MR would be a good option for his individual performance. He's 25 and has very good stats as you all know, I doubt he would have any good improvements but my concern is his ability to play in such position.
