RETURN OF SERBIAN GIANT

Since I am a huge fan of Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) my first story will be with my favorite team. Please don’t mind my grammar since English is not my native language.

ABOUT CLUB:
As many people know Red Star is most popular, and most successful team on Balkan. Club was founded during WWII, in 1945. In their long history that have won UEFA Champions League in 1991, in Bari,Italy. But since then, club didn’t have any major European success. As matter of fact club didn’t make group stage of any European competition since 2007. Many years ago, one of most dominant clubs in Europe is now in huge debts and without UEFA license so even though they’ve finally won Serbian Super League after putting end to Partizan’s (biggest rival) 6 titles streak, they were not allowed to play any continental games.

TROPHIES:
· 26 National league titles (record)
· 24 National Cups (record)
· 1 UEFA CL
· 1 Intercontinetal Cup

STORY: (note*started writing this story at middle of first season*)
So before I started this save, I had a five years plan. Plan is to make group stage of any European competitions and get club out of debt. I've wanted to give chance you young players since Red Star has huge number of young talents this year(Luka Jovic, Predrag Rajkovic, Marko Grujic, Mihailo Ristic, etc.). I wanted to give them chance to play first team soccer and I thought that I'll probably won't defend SuperLeague title in my first season. But I was very wrong. I was very dominant in league and cup. I won all games but one. And that one was a draw against Mladost Lucani. My two main rivals Partizan, and Vojvodina are doing horrible in both league and cup. I am first on table with 43 points, and I've made it to semi-finals of cup.

At half season break I am first on table with plus 15 points, Partizan and Vojvodina are not even in top 3 teams as they should be. In Cup semi-finals I got ameteur team Dorcol so I should get to Finals easily.

I have to post this one match from Cup where,my youngster Jovic, arguably most talented striker in world now, scored 4 goals!
This summer Diego Simeone labeled him as "new Falcao".

As winter transfer market started club was in bad financial situation, had only about 40k transfer budget. I had offers for Kovacevic and Petkovic and I had to sell them. Sold Kovacevic for 1.2M to Young Boys and Petkovic for 2M to Palermo. I managed to get them to stay until end of season.

Only player I signed is Dejan Drazic, one of most talented left wingers in world. He will be joining us at the end of season too. Got him for 1.3M (300k now, 1M in 48 months).

Five days before season continued after winter break team captain, Nikola Mijailovic, was unhappy that he wasn't getting enough first team soccer. After chat we had he was placed on transfer list. I decided to remove him as captain. He accepted it but team moral went down. My new captain is Bogdan Planic. Moral was really bad before game against Napredak and I've feared it might end up bad. But yet again I was wrong. Easy 3-0 at Marakana and successful start of spring part of season.

DOUBLE CROWN!

Double crown has been won! It has been a great season with only two loses. I hope I'll be able to send some players now to get the club back into good financial position. I'll be looking to get some players that are without contract to help me get into the group stage of UEFA Champions League.

UCL AGAINST CELTIC

After two easy wins against Matalurg (2-0, 0-3), I will play against Celtic. I hope we will be able to get through this tough two games.
