Reunion players

Hi i'm new to the forum and was looking at some posts and noticed you all saying about reunion players and i was wondering what you mean by that. Please could one of you reply ASAP

When starting the game, load up all players from Reunion. This will give you a lot of players who will excel in the lower leagues of European football and who cost nothing and ask for little in wages (and who don't need work permits for EU countries).

Not something I do as I feel it's unrealistic and bordering on exploiting the game.
