That is because of his career plans. "Would prefer not to play in England". It's very very hard to get him, and that too after a year. I won CL/PL with Chelsea still he won't enter contract negotiations. You also need luck.

Yeah, those Player Preferences are rather strong, ingame. You'll have to play at the top for a couple of years, before convincing Reus to move to you.

what he said, chances are your not going to get reus atall same as its unlikely you would get messi, but it is possible especially if you dominate with united for years. only way you can have him in your team really is editor lol.

Always? How many times have you succeeded? Because unless Dortmund has an extremely poor season, he's unlikely to even enter in contract negotiations.

I have start numerous saves as utd well over 20 and signed him at least 11 times in either 2nd or 3rd season usually offer about 110k wages 5m transfer bonus and the same in agent fees.

In most saves you can't even offer him contract because he refuses, let alone wages etc. I recommend many other Left Wingers in the game, his stats like passing are not too good in the game for some reason.
