Preseason to September
I chose to manage Aberdeen as i'm a season ticket holder who wants the club to get back how they were in 1980's and i think with the current team and a few tweaks we can do that.

My results from preseason to now with the only blemishes on an otherwise perfect career have been the 2-2 draw with caley where we played poorly and also the 1-1 cup draw with Dundee where we played even worse. The highlight of the season has to be the 6-2 victory over Motherwell where we played fantastic.

View attachment 398680As you can see from the stats Aberdeen are best in top goalscorer, make up 4 of top 5 for assist and 3 out of 5 for man of the match winners.

Aberdeen are top of the class at the minute being unbeaten in 9 games and we are ahead of celtic by 5 points. hopefully i can extend the lead.

October to December

Aberdeen's early great form has started to dwindle in recent months. Although i'm still unbeaten you'll see my results haven't been perfect.

To be honest this has been a great couple of months with plenty of points being won. The highlight of these few months has to be my league cup final victory over celtic where we did not play well but still won.

My players had come into this came a bit jaded due to the amount of fixtures they had played. Celtic were the clear favourites and so i had to play a defensive game. Some would say i parked the bus but we didnt play very well and were lucky to have went 120 minutes with it being 0-0. It was a great shoot out with my goalkeeper Jamie Langfield scoring the winning penalty which was amazing.

My team is playing great, dominating most of the stats. however i'm very disappointed that although Ryan Jack has been one of my key players during the season so far and called into the Scotland squad he has failed to win a cap. Even when Ryan Gauld (on loan at Dundee United) has been capped this season even with playing worse.

You're doing really well! Maybe some smaller pictures and bit more text? Bit more of an overview on how you think it is going. Month by month perhaps (within each big update)

Really nice end of the season. The final versus celtic was a huge disappointment though.

Really this was a great season. I didn't expect to win the league so convincingly especially since i had no money to buy new players.

Done really well for your first season with Aberdeen on my Dundee United save they have been a bit of a yo-yo team, Hows Cammy Smith been doing for you? Ryan Jack was an awesome player for me too only just retired on my save. Just checking out your aspirations and i have done all of them bar the Scotland won although they did win Euro 2024 on their own accord. I have always been turned down for the Scotland job over 12 seasons due to i think being English so make sure your Manager is Scottish. KIU
 
Plus check out at Dundee the obvious platers Gauld and Souttar but Brian Graham, Andrew Robertson and Ryan Dow were all awesome for me

ah well you got a screen shot anyway. I would love to sign the players but Stewart Milne would never give me the money i need.

guys im really sorry for the lack of updates this season but i've been busy and just played through the games.

So far so good this season with me again going unbeaten in the league and the only defeats i've had have been in what can only be described as a very difficult champions league group where i'm hoping i will get third place but have a lot of work to do.

At the minute i'm leading the spfl however, its very close and i'm going to have to stay on form if i'm going to retain my title.

Individually my players aren't leading the stats but that is mainly due to the increased number of games we have had to play and so i am rotating my squad a lot more often.

I could not be happier being in charge of aberdeen. i am unbeaten in the league for a season and a half. We've been struggling for wins at times but still we've been gaining points with squads that have been severely rotated at times to accommodate the vast amount of games being played. Also i've started to give my youth players a chance to allow key players to rest for the bigger games.

A second LEAGUE win for aberdeen but this was a much more closely run affair.

Poor end to the season but i put that down to the players being jaded. A great run in the euro cup but failed to take it home as we failed to beat a better Napoli side in a very closely ran match.

In appreciation of my 2 great seasons in charge of aberdeen, the Algerian national team offered me a job and i took it as i believed it would put me on the ladder of international management and would allow me to manage Scotland one day.

You going to the Motherwell game? been a season ticket holder since 2006.. I believe that's primary 6? i forget..

I've done the top 3 of them and i'm in 2018.. nb considering i beat out Olympiakos, Man City, Dortmund, Galatasaray and CSKA Moscow in that order!!
