Right, need some advice please!

I'm not the best of football managers, i've played them since cm03-04 all the way to fm 13..
I'm going to start a game with a conference north side and aim to get them in the champions league...

Can anyone recommend any tactics, formations and just any general advice would be appreciated..

El Devasto is a great tactic, very attacking but it got my Byth to the CL in about 15 years. I am not a top manager so that is an achievement for me.

i'm playing as bradford who were in league to.

Try to go for loan listed players a division or two above you and offer them 0 wages. you can pick up 4 23 years old and under. was great for my team. on the way to back to back promotions. if you get a few cut the highest paid players that are not first team. will cut your wages and you will have an improved squad.

el devasto..is good. its like a lesser version of the grid tactic. will make it less challenging though. will be more fun if you made your own tactica dont you thinl
