Right Winger for Chelsea 1st Season

I just sould Kalou and need a good right winger for Chelsea. I would prefer some1 that is young, under 20 will be fine as i have Anelka on the right wing so i can rotate Anelka with the youngster so he can develope. So who should i buy? Are there any nice RW youngsters out there?
