rigid playing style

any got a jose mourinho style tactic and know wheter or not i would be able to play attractive football using this style

Sure, it can be beautiful. Just try setup it with Counter- Rigid , press more and then include the exact roles you want them to stick to, like an advanced playmaker, ballwinner, Trequartista, Target Man etc.

I have started using Rigid/Control or Attack recently, and am able to play beautiful football. Rigid philosophy isn't a negative in FM (A fact i recently learned). I use it if I am using specific roles throughout a team, E.G DLP, AP, Treq, BPD etc. There is better explanation as to why this should be the way over at SI Forums.

On the flip side, if i play fluid or very fluid, I use more generic roles, e.g CM, DM, CD because with fluid players are expected to do a bit of everything.

Rigid is a great philosophy... ive used it in my "442IronOnes" with great success.
