He obviously doesnt think he should pay though, and 100k is a lot ecen to a footballer on 50k a week. Would you give away 2 weeks wages to someone you think you dont owe anything?

All it really means is that the creditors will try and recoup what is owed, i.e 100k worth of his personal possessions.

All it means now that in the UK he will it extremely hard to get good credit, so gettin a mortgage with a high street lender will be very unlikely.
