Charlton Athletic fire Chris Powell as he couldn't help improve the clubs position in the league. Charlton Athletic have hired Charlie House to help them go up all the leagues they have been relegated from. The England Legend will do this by bringing in loan stars , selling players unneeded and bringing the best of the players all ready at the club. Charlton Athletic are expected to finish 3rd in the league but there new manger thinks he can get them to finish at least 2nd because he feels that he can get his club above rivals Sheffield United and Wednesday. He is already in talks for a loan deal for Nile Ranger from Newcastle United. Charlie House said his long term expectation is to get back to the Barclays Premier League to play against rivals Chelsea , Fulham , Spurs and West Ham who are likely to be promoted this season or at least next season.

August Results

Unbeaten in the league , we won against some good teams easily and from these games i think we will easily win the league. But we have disappointingly been knocked out off the cup by Watford by a 1-0 win unlucky but a close game and this also means we can concentrate on promotion which is our main aim.
