Rivalries

I did search for a topic like this, but couldn't find one....maybe i searched wrong, i dont know....any how...

Can teams build up rivalries with new clubs?

Im San Marino and we have rivalries with Serie C2/B clubs, but is there any chance that maybe in the future, a new rivalry could be formed with a Serie A Team?

I have never seen it happen - I would be inclined to say that new rivalries cannot develop. Would be a cool idea for FM12 though.

I saw it happen in FM09 I think it was. You've really got to insult the opposing coach all the time, and be competitive in big matches and cups (they win some, you win some)

I've never seen it happen before but it sounds good. I would like to see it in FM12...
