In a Nutshell, i am Crewe. I am into my 3rd season and i have missed the playoffs two seasons in a row. I have no money for transfers or wages (max wages £120, £0 for transfers) I have used up my loan allowance, but still find myself with a real problem both on my wings and full backs. I have played my first four games and have lost 3 and drawn 1. I realise that buy not getting promoted my funds will be poor, but now it is getting rediculous. Can anyone suggest anything to get me out of the rut i am in, either tactically or anything else they have? i am playing with a simple 442 at present!! much appreciated!

If you have 3 good strikers and a good attacking midfielder I suggest having a look at my 4-3-3 with Advanced Playmaker tactic.

It got me promoted to EPL season one with Sheff Weds and I finished 10th in my first EPL season with a squad that was weaker than my first season (Due to toughess of getting loanee's in in EPL)

That is the thread that I posted on it.

try roni goals tactics i took over man utd had a team brimming with talent and no correct way to utilise them until ronis goals tactic and i have never looked back

Im in my third season with eastleigh FC no and have just been promoted to League 2. Currently I'm top at the end of November and have had no money at all for 3 seasons.

I found a AFC wimbledon tactic (4-3-1-2) worked the best as I won the BSS with 3 games to spare and have only lost 2 games in the league this season.

just kept searching for young players and took Manset on a free after hereford let him go. Also look to see if you can loan a striker called spear he starts at newcastle i think.
