Here is basically my tactic i use with Southend in 2014 in league two!
For someone to try out and perhaps see if they can iron out the draws
as you will see i have had many draws but not many defeats so i think i might be onto a quite decent tactic i might not be but if your struggling, give it a go, I don't use any shouts in game! Or change the strategy at all!
But i'll attach the results and the tactic screen with my squad for you to look at too
