Opposition Instructions
View attachment 197207

Players
Forward - Fast & strong forward with good finishing (Vardy)
Left Midfield - Fast, left footed with good crossing.
Right Midfield - Fast, left footed, cut inside with good dribbling, finishing.
Centre back - Need fast defender so off side trap leaking can be minimize.
Centre Midfield - Strong, good marking tackling, tall with good jumping & header to win headers.

Set Pieces
Corner - Left back take left corner and right back/right mid field take right side.
Throws in - Left back take left side and right back take right side

General/Match Training
Team cohesion/Match tactics until tactic familiarity reached maximum.

Home against weak teams - Balanced/Att. Movement.
Away against ALL team - Def. Positioning

If you play top 6 team like Everton, Liverpool and above or your team has all round good players
Balanced/Att. Movement for all.

Team Talk
Hire a coach with best motivation and let him talk...

General Tips
1. Sub your defender immediately when he made mistake that cost a goal. Don't wait!
2. Sub players with rating lower than 6.5 and does not react to team talk.
3. When losing matches and whole team morale start to get low hold a team meeting to boast up morale.

Speed has nothing to do with offside trap he kan be 20 in Pace and 20 in Acceleration but it wont help him the least if he is not placed correctly.
They need high numbers in: Positioning, Anticipation, Concentration and Decisions
Unless you mean when the offside trap dosent work they need speed to catch up with the opponent

Yes that's what I mean for, when the off side trap failed the defenders has to get back quick enough.

WMR or FB didn't make a single cross,in many time we have so many target in the boxes. But they pass the ball back to DC.

any suggestion,if i use the tactic on a big team ManUtd,& with big team i ready to make some gamble ?

In TFF league I found that my left midfield has highest rating and assist. I didn't realized the crossing wingers are so good until I tried TTF's league. Originally I put right midfield as cut inside winger to balance the tactic against multiple opposition formation. Maybe you can try change right midfield as a crossing wingers like the left one and please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Looks good, may give this a try. I prefer formations that are realistic, so nice to see it works great as well.

Top tactic!

Do you change anything when playing against a top team or against fast strikers or away from home?
I'm playing as watford and im 1/2 way through first season and in bottom 3. The tactic is effective at home e.g. won 4-1 v spurs but then had a nightmare against a seemingly lesser team (villa) away in the next game and lost 4-1. Just wondering what you change in different situations e.g. counter, defensive...or do you change the defensive line to deeper to stop fast forwards like teams like villa have.

Nice one

For weak team like Watford all away games should have match training as Def. Positioning. Other than that I did not change anything.
I think lowering defensive line could make it worse as the tactic utilize offside trap and high defensive line is most effective as there will be much more space left for your centre back to catch up the opposition player who break the offside trap. So faster defenders will do better.
Perhaps try play more matches and observe what's the overall result. Might be just a couple matches where your opposition just having good form.

Anyway, if you really want to change maybe you could try these
1. Un-tick offside trap instruction.
2. Set defensive lines to slightly deeper which is one level below normal.
3. Change keeper to sweeper keeper.

Hope it helps
:)

I have tested more games and the analysis shows sweeper keeper is better so far for lower teams like Villa, Leicester, Watford and etc. Also you might want to have a tactic to waste time and protect lead where you can use on the last 10-15 minutes. You can use current tactic and just change to contain and retain possession, that would be good enough to protect lead and sometimes you might even get a goal from frustrated opponent :D
Remember to train this waste time tactic as a second tactic and train till fluid.
