Role for Ruud Van Nistelrooy ?

I play with Palermo, and this is my tactic:

Sirigu

Cassani - Hangeland - Munoz - Balazaretti



Montolivo - Adam

Lavezzi - Pastori - Neymar

Ruud Van Nistelrooy

The problem is that I can't get the best out of Van Nistelrooy, as I don't know what's the best role for him (poacher, deep lying, advanced etc.. )?

And another problem is that my defence and defensive midfielders are so weak, as Charlie Adam and Montolivo are good at attack but bad in defence..

Please give me your opinion..

Poacher - Attack (run with ball rarely, no long shots, moves into channels, runs from deep often, short passing, no closing down as he is old and lacks stamina)
