Once your on one is it somehow possible to renogotiate back to standard as my wage is a pittance to what i deserve

also when doing contracts i noticed that sometimes there isnt a option for a religation wage drop unless it comes up automatically, is there a way to toggle that? I thought i remember doing it once, but have since forgotten
