Roma Tactic

Hi guys! I'm struggling hard with Roma in my second season (first season was utter trash as well). Any ideas for tactics that might work? I've tried several variations of 4-1-2-2-1 and 4-2-3-1 but seem to fail no matter what. I'd prefer to utilize Inside Forwards, lone striker and a 3 man midfield if possible but at this point I'll take whatever.

I pretty much have the starting squad but added some depth that won't affect choice of strategy.
