I don't think he deseves it. While I do not doubt his skill as a player, his mentality is very wrong. He has become lazy. What sort of message are you sending if you call lazy players up to the national team? It is such a shame. He could still be one of the very best players in the world if not for his laziness.

He has worked extremely hard lately to get his career back on track. I would have agreed with you a year ago, but not now.
