Rooney as Keeper????

Just noticed this and thought it was weird, is there any truth to this as I could see Rooney being an excellent goalie, or have FM just assumed Rooney would be gd.

Rooney regularly plays in goal in training and the like! and is actually quite good have you not seen the ad with him playing in goal? think it was about a year ago

Didnt he play in goal when Usain Bolt went and trained with Man U.. he was pretty handy.

I also remember seeing Huntelaar having an "awkward" rating on goalie as well. It was fm09 I don't know about 10 though.

jagielka too, warnock never named a sub goalie when jagielka was in the sheffield united squad as he wa such a good backup to paddy kenny.

its annoying that you cant train an outfield player as a goalkeeper, the option is greyed out
