Rooney Un-Happy

I'm Managing Man Utd in 2014, we've wont the league for past 4 years...2 Fa Cups...3 League Cups...Have reached the CL final 4 times, winning once.

The Problem is now rooney says he has achieved all he can here...and doesnt sign more than one year contact extension. I cant even sell him coz hez a club legend and favorte of half the team. What Should I do?

Keep him then, but if he requests transfer then let him go or it will end ugly.. find a good replacement from the money and that should be it my friend
