I tried to sign this guy, but sadly I'm Liverpool, and there was no chance of him joining his rivals :P

Was a sub in one of the EPL games earlier this season, i think he broke his leg playing for england u18's recently :/

yeah he did, in two places :S no nothing, still only in November of the 1st season...

here are screenies from 2020

not quite a good player but enough for a mid table team :P

Found him one mine still at Everton but made most of his appearances on loan.

still think he can be a great player, just never signed him properly and given him the time :) might need to do an Everton save :)

Could be the next Jermaine Jenas, is that good or an insult? Well a good player nonetheless

He's a great prospect in real life, I think he's a bit underrated on the game.

those screens are from computer controlled teams tho, a decent training schedule, tutoring, loans etc would make all the difference.

I've just been playing him in the reserves and have sent him out to my feeder club

keep us updated on how he develops, a good session of tutoring from Fellaini and Cahill would not do him any harm either :)

Ah, know this player well - sorta. He's in what I call my 'Jack Colback' range of players. I.e, the ones that could probably turn out very well if I'd give them the time, effort and some customised training, I just always seem to have better options, so they don't get enough first team action.

Colback and Barkley could probably turn into leading prem stars if you can sign them for a championship/ league one side and can give them customised training and first team footy from the first fixture. Oh, Issiah (sp?) Osbourne from Villa is another 'almost good enough' man that I'd place in the same category.

If I had to train him I'd give him:
High ball control and tactics,
Light aerobic and fitness,
Medium attack and defence, that should turn him into a very good player.

If you get *****'s Transfer update here off the site then it updates all players to how they have been performing in recent weeks. It is a great download and makes Ross Barkley a very very good player. He matches Jack Rodwell with his potential.
