Ill keep it short ...

Everton save. 2nd season. No word of a lie every 3 games he gets injured and is out for about 4 weeks a time. Either in training or on the field. Really don't know why?? Pls help

Whats your general/match training set to?

General training- fitness (high)
math training- the slider is to the right more which is says less match training (10% of time at the training ground is spent on match preparation

also as we speak jovetic has just come back from being out for 6 months and he gets injured his first game back ?!?

i've never used barkley, but jovetic is one of those guys who will never be worth whatever you paid for him because he is crazy fragile.

Guys like jordan henderson, theo walcott, and chris smalling, who can be very good on their day, tend to get hurt so much i stay away everytime, even when ManU are trying to offload smalling for 3 million pounds.

how do I work around barkely a injuries because in theory he is by best player just picks up the most pathetic injuries honestly think it's got to be a bug. He hasn't stayed fit for more than 4 consecutive games

and with jovetic I picked him up for 5.5m on his debut broke his leg..

I've personally found that his Injury Proneness varies wildly from game to game. Looks like you've just loaded up a high one.

Too much fitness training during the season and not enough match preparation. Simples.

What would you personally have each one set too ?

Thing I do is during pre season I hit them heavily with fitness and less match training, as the friendlies come about I increase this and during the season I have at least 30% dedicated to match training, not because I feel match training makes a huge difference, but simply to stop player injuries. Currently I am at 30% but I may increase this. I am less vigilant in my control of training than others, I leave my general training to my assistant, so others may be able to offer you more insight into how to conduct training throughout the season (however I may start controlling more myself soon). As a rule of thumb though I'd stick to more match training during the season, your players are playing consistently so you don't want to knacker them out and risk injuries

Way too much fitness training mate ! tough, injury bug can bite hard, no matter what !

I signed Barkley for Peterborough and having the exact same problems. if he's not out for 3 weeks he's constantly picking up minor injuries mid game forcing him off.

I find if one of my players gets injured, I never rush them back for the next game. If they've been out for a few months, weeks etc I introduce them gradually with reserve games, then introduce them very slowly back into first team action (I manage all the squads-1st team, reserves and U18's so I have full control on how quickly a player returns). Also make the fitness training for them as light as possible upon return

Did you put him on the starting line up as soon as he's recovered? You can't, especially for someone who's injured that long, most of the time they just got injured again. I tend to put him on the bench and made him play 10 minutes for long term injury and 20 minutes for injuries like 2-3 weeks. And for 6 months I don't dare to start him the game after that, introduce him to the first team slowly.
