Rotational/First-Team CM Needed

After replacing Vela at the end of my first season for Real Sociedad, I'm left needing to strengthen the midfield. I'm looking at snap up a CM (preferably suited to an advanced playmaker role) who can be a rotation or starter ahead of my current Pardo and Zurutuza partnership. To do this I have a transfer budget of £18m and a surplus wage budget £38k p/week.

Depends on your tactics - if you want him with more than a little brawn as well then Gas Gil Romero is your man and for much less than 18m.

Otherwise go for Verratti/Halilovic (maybe too expensive)/Tielemans (best option imho)
