Hey guys am in season 2018/2019 with Birmingham City in the Premiership we got money the best scout system but i feel like the game is running out of good players particularly full backs and strikers. i have been scouting all d major european and south american countries the only thing i get at the end of the season is the huge wage bill all my scouts are getting. I havent found a regen thats good in like 2-3 seasons. Is anyone having this problem. Also when your starting the game do you pick all the leagues or just the popular ones and those that affect the availabilty of good players.

I search every country you can imagine Hungury,Austria,Serbia,Ukraine nothing and most of my scouts are 19's in their scouting stats.

If you look at the download section of this site you can easily find it. It is a brilliant tool that allows you to look at the Current Ability, Potential Ability as well as other important things relating to every single player and staff member in your game.

To be honest, those countries don't produce a lot of top talent. Focus on Spain, France, Germany, and Italy. You can usually find some good gems in Italy's C1/C2 series. Spains B division sometimes produces great players, and sometimes top Spanish club youth teams will not resign their players. I picked one guy up out of Spain who was dropped from his team, who is touted as the next David Villa, he's sick and like 19.

if you're in 2018 you should have a lto of reputation and a lot of money, so.. just scout the national teams of italy, france, england, spain, germany (if you unlocked their players), argentina, brazil, sweden, finland and "Noruega" (in spanish is called noruega, i don't know in english :/, i think Norwein/Norwich or something like that). Scandivian countrys usually have very good regens
Germany France Italy and Spain and England always have top regens. After a while, they are the only countries to win world cups.
The talent is there, you just got to dig (look at u19 national teams, and lower tier clubs).

Make sure your scouts are from a range of countries. Personally, what I find best is to just set your scouts to travel the world scouring for talent.
Team->Scouts->New Assignment->World.
Team->Scouts->New Assignment->World.
Add in Brazil and Argentina (who always seems to have incredible regens in my games), and who the heck else wins World Cups anyway...? Those are the countries that always produce the best players.
Honestly i keep trying the super powers in Europe[France,England,Italy,Spain and Germany] like as many times as i can in a season but no luck. Am just waiting for FM 10 cos its boring when you cant fimd new young talent.
