runtime error annoying me!

i'm in 3rd season, and every time i play a game the start of 2nd half
i get a message saying runtime error, and it shuts FM down? :S
all the time, ican go on holiday and sim match and it works but i cant seem to watch them now?
this is annoying how to fix?
 
try solutions in my help thread (link to it in my signature)
 
I had the same problem... runtime error at the start of 2nd half. I got past it by turning off 3D highlights and replays. Basically dumbing down the match simulator.
 
Stop using FMRTE.

Having the same problem, excuse my ignorance but what is FMRTE, where do I find it and how do I remove it ?

Dose any1 know how to turn match reports off & also what is Fmtre? cheers
 
What is the location of FM real time editor? I don't seem to have editor anywhere and I've all in the steam folder.
Any pointers for a novice, because as the starter of the thread said I concur. I've never had a single problem with FM before and I've been playing the game for 10 years now (different versions of FM) and this is the first version to have major bugs.

Both editors have to be downloaded seperately. Official FM editor has to be downloaded from Steam site (via tools), and the FMRTE has to be downloaded from the website (can get site from google)
 
p.s - just found this site FMRTE for FM2012
I've never downloaded this FMRTE, so unless it comes installed with my steam account of FM 2012 it can't be this creating the runtime error.
Also I've deleted Visual C++ and re-installed and uninstalled FM and re-installed. Still buggered
 
Thanks I found that, so basically this FMRTE isn't the cause of the runtime error and I'm completely boggled to what is creating it.
I've tried 5 times to play my Newcastle game vs Blackburn now. And every time I have this error. It's beyond a joke now.
