Runtime error... Can anyone help?

Whenever I try and start a new game this runtime error appears and crashes the game. I load a new game, attend a meeting with the chairman and then the first thing
I click on after that results in the game crashing.
NOTE: Existing saves work fine.
I tried a system restore but that didn't work. Could anyone give me any help???
