Ryan Giggs has grown bored of his Assistant manager role at Manchester United and wants to enter the world of football management. Though he's inexperienced and has only managed four matches he thinks he can make an impact on the game and equal his old manager and current colleague Louis Van Gaal. He's given Fergie a call to ask for some advice.

AF:You wanted something Ryan?

RG: Yea, I think I'll become a manager Alex.

AF: interesting, well as long as you aren't as bad a David Moyes you'll be fine.

RG:I don't really know how to be a manager, I could manage Man Utd because I knew the players, no other reason.

AF: Well, first you need to get a good relationship with the players, then you need to build foundations for the future, like improving the facilities, buying stars can sometimes work as you know, but most of the time it's better to buy youth players and develop them, Chelsea are doing it now.

RG: thanks boss, I'll try and equal your achievements.

AF: no problem, just call me if you need anything else ad if you do equal my achievements, I hope I'm alive to see it.

RG: thanks Alex, I'll be seeing you in the footballing manager hall of fame.

Well that went well, lets see which teams want me to manage them.

I have attached my profile which I'll show you every season if you want, say how often you want to see it if you don' want to see it every season.
