Sacking Agent & Player Unrest - Help needed!!! Lol

Hello,
Star midfield Lewis Cook wants to sign a new contract immediately after telling assistant manaher and this agent is refusing to start communications as he wants play with better players.
help.... How can I sack this agent? Or a way round this?

You need to ask the player to sack his agent.

I think you can find that when you have a conversation with the player. At least in 14 it was like that

That's what I thought.

but there's no option for him to sack agent in discussion tab

The only times I've seen the option to ask a player to sack his agent, is (in the lower right corner) when you receive a news item about a player asking for an improved contract. You'll usually get three options: Offer contract - Reject - Ask X to sack agent.
