So taking a break from pillaging and plundering Ragnar Lothbruck takes over at 19th place Newcastle

Rest of november

Thought we were very unlucky...burnley must have get stuck in shout in place as they were sliding in every where and injured my strikers,but we will move on.

Lopez got his 1st goal foe the club before clark thundered in a header from corner and he was supurb at the back, but Hayden's goal was sublime a 25 yarder on the turn.warnock tried to get under my skin saying they will hammer us...sit down warnock

We did deserve to lose but not 4-2 a last minute snodgrass goal could be a confidence killer,but i was proud of the players and how they played..

Out of the drop zone thanks to that win against cardiff and hopefully we can push on from here


Player of the month

Ciran Clark

Mainly for the last two games he played at centre back ..i had to use him at full back against burnley due to injury so i let him off for not doing so well there.​

December

What a start from Rondon he was simply brilliant in this match..we made a tactical tweak for this one with dropping the AMC role to a DM and went counter attack and it worked a treat against at spurs side 2nd in the league

What a poor game..if it was on sky i would have turned it off

We deserved to win this match to be fair 3-1 up with 11 minutes to go and they take the lead with a dodgy offside goal so when kenedy scored it was a relief but we should have won

Deserved to lose this game we were very poor and rarely went forward

Diame was asking for 1st team action and my am i glad he did 2 25 yard stunners from the lad sheer brilliance,but not to be undone KI who was also asking for 1st team action scored a 30 yard stunner. i bet Murphy felt silly when he got a tap in from 6 yards

What an embaresment this was ..dubravka has to be the worst keeper i have ever managed he makes so many mistakes...

i did not expect this at all to be fair but it was end to end stuff but we got the edge and Atsu was asking for more action and he was fantastic

So we rise to 13th and now 4 points clear of the drop after a decent enough Xmas period we just need to kick on now

Can't pick a player of the month in December but Oliveria and Diame did well in the games they played​

January

Not at the races today and arsenal deserved to win this one by more to be fair



in the previous post i said we needed a new keeper so i went with an fm staple that most people go for

Predrag Rajkovic

Oliveria's move was made permanent due to a clause in his contract which i was happy to have him signed as he has played well for us





Fa Cup 3rd Round

despite the win i wanted more goals then we got but Atsu came in and grabbed a brace..also Rajkovic made is debut for us in this match

What can i say this was Man City and they battered us all game and was lucky not to concede more ,but Rajkovic was good in this match.

Murphy was amazing on the right wing this game cutting inside and scoring 2 great goals. Rondon grabbed a goal too,but he is not playing as well as i would like and don't think i will make his move permanent

FA Cup Round 4

Well done Bristol Rovers they defended fantastically all game we just could not get anything past them and on the 73rd minute they managed to get the winner..after the game i layed into the team with warnings for bad performance

Not that my warings did anything as yet another poor game but at least we did not lose



Transfer deadline day

Stefano Stauro came in on dead line day as a number of players left..one probably shouldn't have but i got quite a bit of money for the player

Jonjo i wanted to keep but 22m up front rising to 30 was too good turn down.
Lopez was a youngster i did want to keep around the team but i didnt know when to play him so a loan to Bury will help him
Fernandez is a player that won't get into my team at all so a loan is good for him and hopefully he can show clubs what he can do so we can sell him.


We finished the Month in 13th place so not bad at the moment

no one really stood out but Jamal did well

February-including youth intake

Furious is not the word for this...2 minutes over added time as there was only meant to be 3 minutes...the ref got a blasting in the press conference after

Yet another late goal conceded we just could not hold onto the lead ...Dummet got sent off so had to play Kennedy at left back and he is god awful there.

Our turn for a late goal and very well deserved i was dissapointed with there goals as they both came from set pieces


Youth intake

Probs won't get into my team in the future but probably one to sell

March

Muto is coming back from injury very nicely and grabbed another goal for us as did Rondon..Bournemouth just never got going and Howe lost his job right after them game.

Just atrocious here never got into the mtach at all

Warncok is a horrible man and he was trying to get under my players skin saying we rely on foreign player and my response is i will play who i want from where i want and we grabbed the win with 2 late goal after we both finished with 10 men

Sickening here like we were in it for ages but one ball over the top for Ex leeds striker wood to head home

i would have liked to be higher but our play just has not been good enough in a few games

Hmmmmm well interesting as he has said if he takes over he will appoint Peter Varney really if he takes my job i will be fuming​

April/may

Decided to do april and may together due to only having two fixtures in may

Awful this performence was kenedy had a rare good game to be fair to him

What can i say i fully expected us to get tonked and tonked we did only plus is that rondon scored again.

Rondon picked up a knock so Muto came in and grabbed a brace for the team and we finally win a game despite Sturaro got his 2nd straight red in 8 games he has been fined 3 weeks wages in total for his reds

Destroyed by a very very good liverpool side here Mukhtar came if the bench at half time and grabbed a brace but nothing we could do about liverpool.

Back to winning ways here and after slagging Perez off he came good here scoring one and setting up a returning Rondon

3 Stunners here from watford and absolutly nothing Rob elliot could do

So spurs won the league but only just and we finished 14th i am disappointed with this as i felt some of our play since i came in was good just defensively just weren't up to it

Transfers out

Darlow was never getting a game for us so he went to everton for 1m
Lejeune was a wingy player so i cashed in
Joselu did not play much for me
saviet was god awful so goodbye
Gayle did ok at in the games for me but DOF decided to accept a loan offer
aarons was never good enough
sterry was a young player

Transfers in

We struggled at left back last with only Dummet fit as lazaar had a long injury so i needed a decent player to come in and my chief scout said tierney was available for 19m so defo banged in a bid

Pontus came in cos of his magic hat(leeds fans may get this ),but we needed cover at centre back this year
Guidetti came in to play up front and rotate with muto

Sancho came in as i heared he is a very talented player and we needed cover on the wings so he came in on a season long loan

Loftus-cheek came to cover the cm roles and also if i play AMC i have him for this position too


I will do the august and october games next update due to me playing into october

Sorry guys kinda got playing and forgot up update so here is where we are at

January transfers in

we needed to flesh out our youth squads and build for the future so a lot of these are young players

Moise kean came in on an intial end of season loan deal but we have now managed to extend that to the whole of next year..

i brought in Butland as he was unhappy at stoke and i wanted compition for rajkovic..

Sakho came in to cover defence as we play 3 at the back in some games so he came in to help

On checking my team report it said we didn't pass well so i checked the transfer list and Noble his a good passer of the ball and he played very well since he came in

Dahoud came in on loan but had no room to register him as i didn't realise we do have an 11m buyout clause in his loan deal which i may well activate

Denis suarez was not getting game time at barca and at that point i was playing with an AMC and he was listed for 8m so i picked him up..sadly he didn't get much game time so i am retraining him so he can get more minutes

Fernandez was not good enough for me and never played well so he went to play in brazil for santos

Schar was the same didn't play well and made too many errors so off to spain for him

Dubravka had been rotting in me reserves for a year and never played at all for me so off he went and i was happy to get what i could for him

Colback is another who never played and i was suprised Forest paid that much for him to be fair

Mukhtar is another who just didn;t fit in so loaned him out to west brom

So an improvment on last year which is good but i am dissapointed that we missed our on europe as we were sloppy in games which we threw away 3-0 leads to either lose or draw

Relegated sides.

Sides coming up are stoke city and a return for sunderland after their double relagation also we have forest coming back after many years out ..well we all know what will happen when we play the Colback will come back and score


Season Player stats

Guidetti played well for a majority of the season grabbing 19 goals and 6 man of the matches

Perez was the best player over all and also grabbing 10 assists

Transfers in

i let my DOF do the transfers this time and see who he brings in and i have to say i am impressed with what he did

Jesus from city suprised me a bit but they did bring in Icardi so guess he was surplus to requirments
Ze Gomes is a youngster brought in from Benfica and i will try and sign him permanently

Tarkowski helps our home grown contingent so all is good

witteck is a Left back so will cover for tierney

Kehrer is a centre back and will offer competition at centre back


Munir is the only transfer i did myself as he was on the expiring contracts list

Perez left for recently relegated west brom as much as he did well for me last season i just don't play with an AMC so he didnt fit in

Atsu and Murphy are ones i wouldnt mind keeping but i now don't play with wingers so they had to go

Hayden wanted to leave so he went to watford

Gayle was on loan at Boro last season and they made it permanent

Mukhtar was one of those that just didn;t work out so he left

Manquillo just was awful each time he played so was glad he went

Clark left for Celtic he played well when he played but he wa getting old now and was not training well

Dummet left as i was playing tierney and he wasn't happy being a back up which is the same with lazaar

Aarons never played for me and was not upto it

Ki-seung yeung was just a wingy person that wanted too much money so goodbye


We got Burton as a feeder club which i chose as they were in league 2 and they have been in the championship recently so i want to use my youth players to help them get up the leagues
