Anybody thinking of buying this? I've enjoyed the last 2 SR games so I will get this one, specially after watching videos on how mental it looks!

Got a 9.5 / 10 rating in the offical xbox magazine review.

Just looks like fun to me
 
It is going to be epic fun... hope the storyline is good, it was pretty decent in the last 2 games
 
I can't wait for it. I have to wait for Christmas though to play which is going to kill me. The last 2 Saints Row games have been great and much fun to play. Hopefully the third can carry it on and impress me even more.
 
This one looks ridiculous! I dont like racing games but spent so much time on SR2 stealing cars and modifying them then saving them in my garage. Hoping for more of that. I've always loved customisation (sp?) in games, this looks like it will have alot.

Plus you can smack people around with a foot long ***** then go and jump off a building wearing a gimp suit. Who hasn't wanted to do that at some point in their life?
 
It has everything lol... going to be a ball of fun, hope they put in proper work on the storyline tho, would be a big disappointment if they spent most of their time developing spaceships and space suits and forgetting about the core part of the game
 
It looks awesome! has anyone pre-ordered? You get some cool **** if you pre-order!

Me too, have you downloaded the Initiation Station? I was looking through it and there's so much clothes and customisation you can do to your character, so I'm sure they'll be plenty of options for your vehicles.
 
Fat ginger running around wearing a gimp suit with boxing gloves that blow people up, liking that sound of that.

May have to get (probably when lower in price though).
 
Definetly getting this. Pre ordered it a long time ago, so will deffo have it on its release date. Probably wont be moving off the sofa at any stage.

The last SR games have been brilliant and crazy and I cant wait for this.

The graphics look mental, hopefully the storyline is the same.

I have mate, I've got Skyrim on the go aswell.... not going to be out and about as much this winter I doubt!

Anybody keen on co-op for SR3?
 
Anyone bought it?

I've completed 19%, recently finished a mission on a cart being pulled by a bloke wearing some lovely Gimp items. Game is pretty funny. It's great fun jumping off a building and pulling out a parachute.

I've decked out a SWAT van and upgraded all the frame strength etc, put the NOS on and ram a car and you will blow it up instantly, a great getaway vehicle ;)
 
Ive got it Joe. I think ive completed 48-49% as of yesterday. Think I need a break already as ill complete it by Wednesday lol.
Have you seen the "Penetrator" weapon? A huge ***** on a baseball bat lol.

The only thing is that the characters from SR2 have changed look quite a bit, but over than that its great fun.
I love jumping off the Penthouse roofs, its alot quicker than trying to find the elevator to get down.
Never thought about that for a swat van, will have to look at doing that when I next go on.

Would deffo recommend this, especially if you have played the first 2.

This game is mental.. Playing GTA after playing this will make you feel like you're trapped inside a tiny box.

Also, I just read that Saints Row 4 is going to be even more mental than this. How is that even possible!?

I only have one issue with the game; Stilwater > Steelport.
 
Kinda agree about the Steelport / Stilwater thing Andy! (I also miss the pimps swaggering around town, loved giving them a good kicking!!)

Yeah Bedstarrr, I got that ***** equipped! Also, if you get Oleg to help you out in combat, make sure you dont accidently hit him with your ***** - or explosives! He goes ape **** and kills you in one hit!!!

Hoping there is more varied clothing to be bought at some point in the game, not alot I like at the moment.

Loving the character upgrades though. I've got that pickpocket one, steal money off people just by brushing past them!

Need to get a chopper for my penthouse though
 
Yeah I agree with your issue with Steelport/Stillwater aswell. However, I am getting to like steelport.
I like the idea that the activities are spread around town aswell rather than in the same place.

I'll bare that in mind Joe, dont fancy Oleg slamming hes huge hands on my head!

Agree with the clothing, as much as I love saints, dont fancy wearing Saints clothing. There is another store I brought.. buts its like kinky *** outfits etc. Haven't searched for the other stores as yet though.

Its a clever addition with regards to the upgrades. I dont know how many upgrades I brought as ive got loads aha. Im just waiting to get to £40,000 so I can upgrade one of the penthouses. Makes the building like 1000ft taller or summet like that.

You do get one when you complete a mission further into the game. There is a mission where you get to fly a jet and its got 2 options in which to fly it which is insane.

Already looking forward to SR4, but where can they take it after this one? Heres hoping to another level.
 
Never played it but just watching videos then, it looks fackin mental! What's all the spacesuit stuff about? XD Zombies and giant ****** *****!

Didn't know about the penthouse upgrade, might have to save my pennies! ;)

Saints clothing seems to be the same in each store, so far anyway :( at least in the previous ones stores had differnt items. Ive also been in that kinky shop lol.

I love doing the cars up though, thats good fun. And being able to access your garage from Rim Jobs is handy too!

Calling your homies is class, handy when against a hard gang! Specially when they have hulk guys etc!

I've yet to try the RC car thing I've apparntly unlocked. Anybody used it?

do you mean him, Zimos. lol and he's talking is all autotunes, wtf lol. game is fun and mental. cant imageing how SR4 will be, i'll go even more mental ;). love this game .
