Sakho or Kryvtsov?

Basically I am Parma and in the summer before my third season, with only one first team centre back. So I need a player who can fit straight into the team. This isn't in 'looking for a player' because I have prices agreed for two players - Sakho for £18m and Kryvtsov for £8. Their stats aren't miles apart, so I was just wondering how well Kyvtsov develops, and if skaho is worth the extra money.
