Salary cap removal?

Sorry if this has been asked recently, but is there a way you can remove salary cap for MLS because its frustrating when you're stuck with a bunch of useless players who you don't know and can't buy decent ones.

Sorry if this has been asked recently, but is there a way you can remove salary cap for MLS because its frustrating when you're stuck with a bunch of useless players who you don't know and can't buy decent ones.

This is the only reason i dont manage in the MLS. *** of yet i haven't found a way, but ill have a look now.
