Salford City tactic?

Being a Man Utd fan I know the ins and outs of the upper echelons of football, often going a football league club, this time I've decided to go Salford.

I need tactical advice.

Playing, at the minute, a simple 4-4-2 with FBs, a BWM, attacking wingers, a DF and a Poacher... any special instructions I should apply? My mentality is control/very fluid.

Train your central midfielders to Switch Ball to Opposite Flank often and encourage them to play More Direct Passes, even if the rest of the team is playing a shorter passing game. This will enable you to quickly exploit the attacking space when it opens up. With a DF and Poacher combination upfront, I'm sure whipped crosses are the way forward.
