Before I start I just want to mention this is my first ever post and so any advice would be great :)

So I've had a save going for two seasons now being the manager of La Fiorita in the Campoinota Sammarinese. The overall aim is to eventually have the national team ranked number one. But for now I must take my Amateur team to champions league glory and build on the youth of San Marino.

For today I'll upload the two seasons I've completed so far to just show my progress. After that I plan on doing monthly updates highlighting the fixtures played, the league table, the best game of the month, the player of the month and anything else i feel needs showing.

So the first season kicked off with European qualifications.

As you can see things didn't go my way and i knew i had a lot to do if i was ever to get past the second round.
However the season continued and we spent nearly all the first half the season unbeaten, loosing only two games in the league and wining the Supercoppa Sammarinese.

The second half of the season however wasn't as impressive, and we suffered 3 defeats which ended up costing us the league in the end. However we did win the cup which was nice for me. Finishing second by 2 points however wasn't too bad and i knew that we would have a good chance of winning it next season.

The second season my main aim was to win the league and had no real care for Europe as i knew i wouldn't make it very far. However i was on my way through to a 3rd qualification game until Stormsgodset scored a last minute equaliser to knock me out on aggregate.

This heroic effort made me realise we would be in for a successfull season and my aim was on winning the treble. The first game of the season saw me get 1/3 trophies with a victory in the Supercoppa Sammarinese against Tre Penne my own personal rival team with them pinching the title from me last season. The first half of the season was similar to last season with us having a very impressive run but loosing two games during the spell.

The second half of the season saw us loose in the final of the cup but including the league winning game with a loss.. The league had been all but guaranteed the game before and for us to not win it we would have had to loose by 8 goals which just wasn't happening so that game meant nothing in terms of the title race. But we won the league which felt great and means we will start next season in the 1st round of the champions league qualifications which could be good for our finances if we can get through to the 3rd round.

The club doesn's have any outstanding players so there'll be no images yet. So that's all for this first update and you're now up to date with me. I'll be looking to do two or three updates a day and so we should be getting through one season every 3/4 days. I hope you enjoy this story and again please give me any advice, thanks again :)
 
So the first month will see us host the first qulaification games for the champions league where my minimum expectation has to be to reach the second phase. The draw saw us facing Welsh side Bangor City. This was the main fixture at the start of the month as nothing was guaranteed but i was sure we could advance in the cup.
Bangor city 1-3 La Fiorita This was an excellent result away from home and almost guaranteed ourselves a place in the second round. The second pahse draw had already been made and we couldn't have got a harder sqaud, Dinamo.

La Fiorita 5-0 Bangor City This was my game of the month as we battered Bangor and really showed how far we had come in three seasons.

Dinamo 6-0 La Fiorita I knew this result was coming and knew i had no chance of getting through. We only managed 3 attempts on goal with none on target which i thought was a little disappointing.

La Fiorita 0-6 Dinamo I was actually quite angry about this. We were worse at home than we were away we were pathetic. It showed that until i go professional i have no chance in this competition which will take a good few years.

We really took the game to Bangor and was one of the best displays i've ever seen from this team.

In other news the clubs ranking has risen to 440th moving up over 200 places! The clubs finances are currently at above 1 million but as its not enough to go professional i will boost my facilities and wait for next year to get more money from Europe.

Scoring two goals in 3 games the 33 year old got an average rating of 8.03

So that's it for this month, next month we will be playing in the Supercoppa [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Sammarinese and kicking off the league against Tre Penne.[/FONT]
 
With just one win in 5; August was a very disappointing month which left us in 7th with no trophy to our name.
Pennarossa 5-3 La Fiorita We got battered this game. Went in as favorites and after the battering we got i was sacred as to how the rest of the season would go.

La Fiorita 2-1 Tre Penne My fears were immediately wiped away and i had some confidence after this game for the rest of the month, despite this not being the comfortable win i'm use too.

Cosmos 3-2 La Fiorita Now I was panicking again, a poor performance against one of the lesser teams in San Marino left me in paranoia and made me wonder what had gone wrong!

La Fiorita 0-0 folgore A bore draw against a team currently in a chairman takeover like the rest of the ****** league! But still a disappointing result as this is another one we should have been winning by a huge margin

Virtus 1-1 La Firotia Another draw, and another poor performance to top off a poor month. We should have one this game but even when we equalised i just knew we wouldn't find the winner.

We now find ourselves in 7th after the first month and must really start putting in some good performances soon or else i wont have a job!

There was no game of the month as we were simply too poor, even the win was a bad performance.

Scoring 3 goals in 5 games the right midfielder played well in all the games despite the rest of the squad not playing as well.



The club have agreed to improve the youth facilities which should mean we will be getting better youth intake next season, and begin to improve on the national team.

So that's it for this update. I'm not at all pleased and will be hoping we can pick up a bit of form and get back to where we belong at the top of the league
 
An improvment on a deadfull month saw us get 2 wins out of 4 only loosing one. Drawing club rivals Faetano in the cup, i knew we would be putting in some good performances.
La Fiorita 0-0 Faetano There wasn't one highlight in this game. An absolute bore draw and one which neither team deserved to win.

La Fiorita 2-0 Faetano Finally a win! And a good one at that! It could've been more but I'll settle for any win at this stage.

Fiorentina 2-1 La Fiorita Back to loosing ways. They went 2-0 up in the first half and after we got one back there wasn't another highlight, another game we deserved to loose.

La Fiorita 4-1 Cailungo This felt more like the San Marino power house I know! Utter dominance and kept a clean sheet right up until the last minute of the game which was a little dissapointing.

The 4 points has seen us rise to 6th in the league with a game in hand so we really need to kick on after this win and try and get back to the top.

It's obvious which game is the game of the month. The 4-1 battering helped us gain much needed confidence and a hatrik from my 39 year old captain gave me new hope about the rest of the season.

Captain fantastic finishing the month with 3 goals and an assist from 2 starts earns him the player of the month


In next months update we only play 3 games but all are against good sides. Can La Fiorita come back into form against the big teams in the league? Only time will tell

 
3 wins out of 3 games sees us shoot up to 3rd place with a good chance of catching up to 1st place. A much much better month with good victories throughout.
La Fiorita 2-0 Pennarossa A good 2-0 victory with goals from my youngster striker and left back saw us make it two wins in a row.

Murata 1-2 La fiorita A last minute winner saw ****** a victory away from home and ensure this winning streak continues for at least another game.

JD 2-4 La Fiorita Another last minute goal conceded at the end of the month alongside another 4 goal game for ourselves. No player got more than one goal which showed the balance throughout our team. 4 wins in a row now for La Fiorita.
3rd!! We've managed to go from the bottom end of the table to within a few wins of the title. the 4 wins in a row have really helped us and with a busy month coming up in this form we could be top within a month.

The game of the month was the 4-2 battering of JD and another display of our usual performances. 4 goals from 4 players shows the strength throughout our squad but conceding 2 goals is disappointing.

2 goals and 1 assist from 2 starts earned my youngster a place in this months player of the month. It was between him and my left back who both got the exact same stats and match ratings, but with his age i decided he deserved it more.

So that's it for this month, 100% win record for this month sees us fly up in to 3rd place and with a busy month coming up, so long as we keep up this record first place could be ours in the next update.
