Im 1 month into the 2nd season using the lfc summer update. First season Cazorla was outstanding as AP support but his fitness dropped sharply towards the end of the season even though hes doing his own thing with no closing down(plus rotating with Rosicky).
Now his staminas at 62% every game around the 60th minute!

Already gave him 2 weeks off after the Euros then built him back up with a few friendlies.
Using Duncs medium training schedule
 
Train his stamina! Consider resting him in less important matches towards the end of the season.
