Santi Cazorla Replacement

First season - Sold Cazorla to Juve for 19m

Now I am contemplating two things:
- sign a CM (Florenzi) and have Wilshere as back up CAM OR
- sign a direct replacement

What do you guys suggest?

Also who are the best potential CAM's on the game? Realistic transfers please.

If you're planning on using a RPM in your formation I would definitely sign Florenzi to be back up to Wilshere in the role and then you can use Wilshere as your 2nd choice CAM (presumably behind Ozil)

However, if you want a direct replacement CAM with potential I'd go for:
Tonny Trindade de Vilhena
Tomas Martinez
Patrick Roberts
Ross Barkley (as you've mentioned)
Ante Coric
Alper Ademoglu
Humam Tariq (will need to loan out until he can get a WP so not a direct replacement, but he's only 70k)
Oliver (from A. Madrid)
Fred (from Shaktar)
Maximilian Meyer
Suso

I'd also look at bringing Tielemans in and training him for CAM, as his attributes seem to be a better fit for an AMC than an MC. Also you already have Gnabry and I'd recommend trying to develop him, he can be a great Shadow Striker

Use Wilshere and Gnabry as your backup CAMs. I play with Arsenal as well and I prefer to play Wilshere rather than Ozil as he seems to do a better job for me. Gnabry is a very handy player too.
