Sassuolo 2nd season

Coming towards end of my first season with Sassuolo, going to finish anywhere probably between 14th-9th. Very safe from relegation. However, need to start planning for next year. I anticipate a budget of around 4 million, an I basically need to improve everywhere. I'm relatively well-stocked in GK and CB departments, everywhere else needs improvement. I need to replace the outgoing Berardi also. I play 5-3-2. Looking for around 5-6 signings, so less than a million per player, need to be Serie A standard. Prefer if they were youthful also so I can develop them, can anyone recommend any cheap players?

I can suggest some players under 1million, but in first season...take a look, remember that you can also buy half (compropriet?) or ask a loan.
Strikers: Zivkovic, J Sinclair, Alberto Cerri, take a look also to M Vydra, Guido Vadala, all very good and can make you win
Middlefielder: Mario Pugliese
Defenders: Bellusci (you can get half, maybe 2million),
Full backs: B Angulo, i bought him first season for 800K and I use in Turn over in my INTER atm
