Save data problem

i'm new here , I got a new PC and my current save data is on my Lap top
The question is : can you help me with any method for how to transfer my file data to my new computer ?

Upload the save file to a site like mega from your laptop then redownload to your desktop, most emails adresses come with free cloud space so you could just attach It to that and open the email on your new computer. In fact doesnt steam have cloud space you could use that if you can use it I know I can use it for EU4 but I have just done a 12 hour night shift so someone who feels more sane than I do may be able to better inform you about steam


Edit it or use a memory stick, or do you not know where the save is located off top of my head it's my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2014/games something like that
