'Save game could not load' - help please?!

Hi all, wonder if anyone could help me? I have played a season with my first game and have had no problems loading this game. Now all of a sudden it comes up with this message 'Save game could not load'.

this has happened to me before, the save file has corrupted. I dont think there is any way of making it work again.

normally happens to me is my laptop loses power while the game is on or while it is saving

I don't know how to say this but.. it's gone man and it's never coming back.
