'Saved Game could not be loaded.'

Hey, i've recently had a problem with FM, every time i try to open my saved game, i get the pop up message 'The save game could not be loaded.' And seeing as i use my save on a 3 rolling file, i thought i'd be ok, however 2 out of the 3 saves didnt work, the 3rd save did work however, the next day, the 3rd save didn't.. I'm like 4 seasons in which is maybe 10-15 hours of gameplay and it's all gone, gutted. Anyone know why this may've happened so i can prepare myself for if it happens again? Or even better, is it possible to restore the files..

10-15 hours of gameplay for 4 seasons in, do you holiday lots of matches? prob takes me 10-15 hours to do 1 season lol, im having this same problem now, my load wont open

i've got the same problem!!!
i dont know what to do
so i download a new update every time it happens
