Hello,

First of all, please excuse my english. It's not so good. I hope, i'm on the right section for my thread.

I play a game with an Icelandic club. I'm starting my eighth season. I won 6 times the first division championship, national cups ... My training facilities are good or very good. The value of my club is 20 times greater than the second club in Iceland. In short, a national perspective, I became the best.

I participated once in the europa league 3 times in the Champions League. I went once EIGHTH-finals (with a chance more than extraordinnaire).

But despite this, I have great difficulty recruiting. Even Players from Norwegian second divions not want to come sign with me. And all my good players want to leave in the "big clubs" as the first Swedish or Norwegian divions.

Apart from the patience and the long term, do you think of something that could help me?

I wondered if the Icelandic national team have an effect on the attractiveness of my club. Or maybe it has nothing to do?
