Could somebody help me by gaiving me some clues to train schalke?
 
If you're playIng FMC then there isn't much to the training! I always train fitness on very high intensity throughout the preseason with no days off as i only play each player for 45 minutes. Then change it to balanced throughout the rest of the season. The match prep is just tailored to the team your playing but as a rule i use def set pieces as my match feedback says my team aren't to good at that.
