Im barcelona & play 3 up front of villa messi & sanchez/munian.
The problem is we have at least 30/40 shots a game but dont get many on target!
Is there a way to solve this?

what that many shots it usually means that you are pushing too many men forward, crowding the box and making it difficult for your players to make a decision and just ends up shooting.

Try posting a screen shot of your tactic so the tacticians here can take a closer look.
