Scottish Football

I am trying to set scottish football up diferently with a pyramid system but a bit stuck with the regional system not sure how to work the boundary system. Any ideas?

Clydesdale Bank Premier League

- 18 teams who play eachother twice
- 3 teams automatically relegated
- European places are automatically set
- The teams are as followed;

- 18 teams who play eachother twice
- 2 teams automatically promoted, with 3rd-6th entering a promotion play-off
- 4 teams automatically relegated, with 2 going to the North section, 2 to the South section.

- 2 sections, North Division and South Division
- 16 teams in each section who play eachother twice
- 2 teams are automatically promoted from each section (4 in total)
- 3 teams are automatically relegated from each section, with 2 going to the North section, 2 to the South section, and 2 to the Central section (6 in total)

- Teams from both SPL and First Division
- Extra time followed by penalties
- Minimum of 5 home-grown players in the squad

Tunnocks Scottish Challenge Sheild

- 128 teams entered from first round
- Teams from Second, Third, and Fourth Divisions
- Extra time followed by penalties
