Scottish teams to join EFL?

I have a save at rangers and after seeing throughout the years obscure decisions happen throughout a game such as a World Cup being cancelled etc. I wondered if there's a way to join the English leagues or has anyone had this happen ?

It won't happen.

Pre-game editors can do it, but the game itself will not. Since the editor became slightly more complex than brain surgery a few years ago, I've stopped bothering creating my custom celtic nations league and moving the Old Firm to England.
