Scout report lost. Help!

the new fm player layout is amazing. full of information. but now im in my second season, and all of a sudden when i go to a player, i dont see the scout report on the bottom left corner.

this is one example.

this is the issue im having..

and this is the one that used to have the scout report tab on the profile.

so wtf happened all of a sudden. ?? help!!!!

lol i keep tabs on baines every 2-3 months spacing. XD. im desperatly in need of a LB that time.

btw as of that point of that baines profile page, i have already scouted him.

i have the same problem, it appears when you take over a national team, is there anyway to fix it without resigning to the national team?

I don't think so, unfortunately
