I want to make small adjustments to my tactic based on scout reports and was wondering what stats are good for this for a scout?

My guess is tactical knowledge but just want a bit of confirmation.

How do you mean?

Are you referring to the tactical advice section from the background staff in staff responsibilities? In any case you're right that tactical knowledge is key.

Before games you get a scout report on your next opposition

To be honest that sounds more of a match preperation issue. Changing your tactic all the time is toxic in FM 13.

Try defensive match preps against good teams, and attacking movement against the whipping boys.
