Scouting a shortlist

I apologise if there is already a thread on this but i can't seem to find one, is there any way to scout a shortlist rather than sending my scouts to scout an area. I have downloaded a shortlist and don't want to have to do it manually so if there is any way of scouting a shortlist can someone please tell me

Click the player at the top of the list, then hold shift and click the player at the bottom. This will select all the players. Then right click and go to scout and choose a scout
