Am currently playing the FM15 demo, and I have question about scout assignments. When setting the assignment, I am being asked to set the CA & PA of players I want to hear about. Setting the CA is fairly obvious, but how should I be setting the PA? If I am looking for a backup player with a CA of 3*, does setting the PA high restrict the scout to ONLY players with high PA? Should I set the PA to 3* as well and accept that I may not unearth a potential world class youngster? Thanks in advance.

From what I remember you dont need to set the PA.
I usually set a max age and minium CA. Would limit the PA, just dont set the PA as a condition.

Aren't those star settings just the minimum threshold?
Thats what I was kind of asking. If I set the PA to 5*, will my scout only report on players with a minimum of 5*?

I'm pretty sure it's the minimum threshold, but I'm seeing that some players that don't meet it trickle through. Not sure if it's a bug, or meant to be more realistic (if a player is scouted thinking he'll meet the criteria, but then it turns out he doesn't, why throw out the report -> this line of thought). Either way, I wouldn't set it too high if you don't wanna miss out.
